Nikki Warman
Nikki is our newest member of the team bringing with her 10 years experience in the water industry. She is an associated member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and holds a CIPD Certificate in Training Practice.
Previously working for two different water company’s within their contact centres as an in house training professional, she was responsible for the design and delivery of training for new and existing staff. This was mainly on billing and contact logging systems such as HiAffinity and Basis2. Also designing and delivering training on water industry information for example the introduction of the new OFWAT SIM guidelines.
Nikki has also worked on projects where she has assisted with the configuration of new billing and contact logging systems. Her knowledge from a user and industry perspective ensures high level decisions cohere with business processes at a user level.
